I feel very privileged for my book Over A Spitfire to have been a part of Newcastle under Lyme library's History Festival. during September and October 2016. I first approached them during the summer when my book was newly released to ask if I could donate a hardback copy to their stock. Terry Heath very kindly got back to me to say yes please with also a copy for Kidsgrove library. Terry suggested I might go in and give a talk on my book and self publishing but as my health is unreliable I had to decline. He then suggested he could arrange a book launch for me for 26th September to 3rd October. He came to collect the books and set up the display - he did a great job - and I was able to pop in on Saturday afternoon. A lovely visit. Here are a few pictures.
